You hear a lot that WWII helped our economy. Sounds counter-intuitive to me. But is it?

It may be good for economy sometimes, but it is always harmful to the people.

It’s sad that we have to think of the war being good for the economy. Sure, the government contracts create jobs but so would the soldiers if they were on their own home soil. I’m sure that at least one out of every thousand soldiers would have an entrepreneurial idea that would spawn job creation.
Wars are never good for anything, it only crates hate in heart of mankind and destroy faith on humanity.
Stirring up hate and waging war is how they control us!
